  • Each month, you provide us an outline of the content you want included in the newsletter, along with any relevant images or links.

    Then we'll go ahead and work our magic! We'll build your newsletter straight onto your chosen platform.

    You review and approve the newsletter, before we schedule it for sending.

  • Within 24 hours of signing up, you'll receive an email from us that will outline next steps.

    In this email, there will be instructions on how to send us the info we need to kick off!

  • At the start

    Once you sign up, we'll email you to get the following information:

    1. The recurring date of your newsletter

    2. Your brand guidelines and assets

    3. The logins to your email platform

    Ongoing

    We'll create a shared Google Drive with you. This is where you'll provide us your:

    • Content outline for the month's newsletter

    • Any relevant links

    • Any relevant images

  • We will deliver the newsletter within 2 weeks of you providing your content outline.

    To send out your newsletter on time, you must share your material with us at least 2 weeks before your send date.

    This takes into account time for our build and one round of revisions with you.
